Information about the hall meeting room

• Maximum capacity is 50 people 
• 43 Chairs available
• 7 Tables available
• Kitchenette has a standard refrigerator, range stove, tea kettle, coffee drip machine (cone filters), and microwave.
• Suggest bringing bottled water for consumption (well water is treated by UV and tested regularly but does smell like sulphur and is not approved for consumption.)

Parking available

• There is parking for 8 vehicles on Country Lane front of the Centre.  Additional parallel parking on the west side of the road at vehicle owners own risk. 

Renter’s Information 

• Renter must be 18 years or older 
• Renter must inspect premises to determine that there is no existing damage. If there is damage, they must report to the Events Coordinator
• Renter must clean-up and return the hall to conditions equal to when they first entered the facility
• Key is to be returned immediately at the end of the rental 
• If any complaints of excessive noise, all activity must be stopped immediately 
• The Renter shall be responsible for clearing any snow/ice from the walkway for the Renter’s use. Regular snow removal is made by the Town of Whitby, Monday to Friday, within a reasonable time frame after a snowfall 

Rental Terms:

Full payment is due within 48 hours of booking or the date will be released until payment is received.

In the Event of a Cancellation:

• Greater than four weeks until the event:  A full refund will be issued 
• Two to four weeks until the event: A $50 fee will be charged (deposit returned)
• Less than two weeks notice: The full rental fee will be charged (deposit returned)
