Join your neighbours as we engage in the spring action day, deep cleaning the centre and planting gardens for the summer. Show you care about your neighbourhood school.

History in Your Backyard

Get at taste of country life and explore the historical context of a schoolhouse well preserved. Some of our locals attending elementary school here prior to 1958.

ABOUT US

Operated by a small group of volunteer with support from Town of Whitby staff, the centre offers a local meeting place just north west of the Village of Brooklin, Ontario.
Local residents are welcome to rent the facility for a few hours or a day to host family gatherings, celebrations and community meetings.
